Jennifer L. Carrano, 47,

Jennifer L. Carrano, 47, of Milford MA, died Sunday, September 4, 2016 surrounded by family. She was born in Bayside, NY on July 4, 1969.  Jen was daughter to Theresa (Cini) Carrano of Franklin, MA and her late husband Anthony Michael Carrano of Milford. Jen lived in Milford for many years as mother to Benjamin Anthony Boyer, and friend to many.

Jen was a graduate of the Milford High School class of 1987. She then worked as a business analyst, most recently for ADP.

Jennifer most enjoyed her son Ben, and adventures to see the world’s oceans: spontaneous drives to our local coast, family trips to the New Jersey shore, Aruba beaches, or a once in a lifetime taste of Italy’s Amalfi coast. She will be remembered most for her sharp insights, sense of humor, and caustic wit.

In addition to her mother and son, Jen is survived by one sister Christine Carrano and her wife Sherry Eaton of Switzerland, and one brother Jeffrey Carrano of Milford.

Calling hours will be held Saturday September 10, 2016 at 11am - 1pm  at the Consigli-Ruggerio Funeral Home 46 Water St Milford MA, to be followed by a celebration of life.

Memorial contributions may be made in her memory to the Daily Bread Food Pantry, 21 Exchange St., Milford, MA. (Checks payable to PO Box 122 Milford, MA 01757).

Your first best friend is your friend for life. Thankfully, we reconnected a few years ago. You made my life sunnier & funnier. Thank you, my friend. I will miss you. I will keep your beautiful boy in my prayers. I remember, too well, the loss of my father, who adored you, by the way. As a mother, I hurt for your mother's pain. As a sister, I know Christine & "baby" Jeffrey lost their partner in crime. But, as a Christian, I know you are with your father. And our Father. Speaking of which, say hi to my parents. Maybe my dad will sing about your big brown eyes, again. Rest in peace & laughter.

The sound of your laughter plays in my head like a broken record. I'm heart broken to lose you. Nothing can replace the long conversations we shared. We were always there for each other, during smiles and tears. I've lost my best friend.

I am so sorry for your loss. Jen was the kind of person that had the wit and humor like no other. She was full of laughter and would brighten a room with her presence. I don't know what I will do without she has left a void that cannot be filled, but the memories of her will always be in my heart.

Dear Theresa, Ben, Christine, Jeffrey and family, Our hearts are with you in this sad loss. Jen was so bright and beautiful and it is hard to believe that this can happen in such a relatively short time to such a great person and family. We are keeping you in our prayers and know that she will be with you always and that you will see her again and she will be glorious when that happens. Our faith tells us so, as do the numerous accounts of those who have come back from near death experiences. Please know others care and share in your grief. Sending healing prayers for you all with much love, Donna and Gerry Fish

Jen, you preferred simple over too complicated, you preferred a hand select few rather than a house full, you preferred to tell it like it is rather than beat around the bush. Your inherited sense of humor and constant smile make you so pleasant to be around. You were special in many ways. You made me fee like part of your family and your house always open to me and for these reasons and many others I am proud to call you one of my closest friends. Your kind and loving family was lucky to have you and you them! My heart goes out to Ben, Christine and Theresa and your entire family in the deepest way! You are at peace now and forever more and you will always be in my heart and thoughts. Love you my dear friend.

I've known Jen since Jr. High school...our boys Ben and Evan have been friends since elementary school.. We have all shared so many fun times and laughs. Jen always knew how to be a great friend, loving and dedicated mom and sister/daughter. I know she would want us to celebrate her life, her smile, and her young life. My heart and prayers are with her family and especially Ben. An amazing, intelligent and loving soul. I hope you found Heaven to be all you hoped for and your at peace with yourself. Love you Jen❤️😇

My deepest sympathies to family and friends. I worked with Jen for many years and have not been in touch after moving to SC. Jen had a beautiful smile, a great laugh and was always most entertaining. The news that Jen is no longer with us came as quite a shock. I am heartsick for all and send long distant hugs.

i will miss you my baby jennifer. although we didn't see each other much as of late, i will always think of you as my pretend baby. i would have to say that you and i are most alike in our sense of humor and how it pertains to our family. we were never out of laughs for one another, except for now. until we are joined in our heavenly fathers kingdom when we will laugh once more , only telepathically. ben will okay, after all, he has your strength andstrong will. besides he's very handsome and he'll get by on his looks. i can argue with the puff if that's how you want me to carry on for you. i love you, jennifer. i will miss you as long as i'm here.all my love and many prayers, your cousin, camille
