Ned was a true friend. Served as my Best Man in my first marriage to Lyn. Ned and I worked at the Portsmouth Naval Shipyard from 1985 till 2004. We sent many hours playing racketball, lifting weights,, biking, hiking after work. Our favorite game was chess. He was a great friend and challenger. Roseanne and Ned invited to their home in North Hampton for dinner many times. They truly treated me like family. Ned gave his Blessing and approval with I was engaged to the beautiful love and soul mate of my life, Joanne. I was miss Ned and hope his staying active in heaven. My prayers and condolences to his family. Amen.
