Rose M. (Comastra) Hickmott, 95

    Rose M. (Comastra) Hickmott, 95, of Mendon, died October 2, 2013 in the Cape Regency Healthcare Facility in Centerville MA. She was the wife of the late Richard Hickmott who died in 1985. She was born in Milford daughter of the late Frank and Josephine (Monaco) Comastra and lived in Mendon and Bellingham for many years before moving to Pocasset in 2010.
     She was educated in the Milford schools.
     Mrs. Hickmott was employed for the former Lish Hat Factory in Framingham and the former Milford Shoe Company.
      She is survived by her daughter Carol Eden-Lovelace of Forestdale MA, a brother,  James Comastra of Holliston, many nieces and nephews. She predeceased by her sister Angelina Tumolo and her brother Domenic Comastra, John Comastra, Joseph Comastra and Bernardo Comastra.
    A service will be held, Saturday October 5, 2013 at 10 A.M in the Bertoni Chapel at the Sacred Heart Cemetery on Medway Rd in Milford MA.
     There are no calling hours.
    Arrangements are under the direction of the Consigli-Ruggerio Funeral Home 46 Water St. Milford MA 01757

Well I guess i shouldn't be surprised that I wasn't informed of my grandmothers passing considering once my mother passed the only "family" we had left decided it wasn't important for them to remain in my life. Well your the ones who missed out on my.kods growing up and now having a child.of there own. Hope it was worth it to.not have to share any of the family heirlooms
