Lucien P. Thibault, 85,

                     Lucien P. Thibault, 85, of Hopedale, died Friday, March 29, 2013 in the Brigham and Women’s hospital in Boston MA. He was the husband of the late Rosemarie A. (Grillo) Thibault who died in 2002. He was born in Fitchburg, son of the late Cleophas and Leontine (Croteau) Thibault and lived in Fitchburg before moving to Hopedale in 1958.     
     He was a graduate of the Fitchburg High School class of 1946. He was a Korean War Army Veteran. Mr. Thibault retired in 1986 from the former Seaver’s Express Trucking Company in Milford where he was employed as a truck driver for 33 years.
     He was a communicant of the Sacred Heart of Jesus Church in Hopedale, a member of the Sacred Heart Men’s Club, a member of the V.F.W Frascotti Post in Milford and a member of the Teamster’s Local #170. He was an avid Boston Sports fan and spent his winters in Florida. 
    He is survived by his daughters, Patricia and her husband Alexander Oneschuk of Milford, Mary Ellen Thibault of Hopedale and her longtime companion John Polny of Millville, two brothers Donald and his wife Jeanne Thibault of Fitchburg, Robert Thibault of Gardner, four sisters Cecile Champa of KY, Dora Fiorentino of Fitchburg, Jeanne and her husband Jacob Jeckanowski of Leominster, Yvonne St. Jean of Fitchburg, many nieces and nephews.
     He was predeceased by his brothers Henry Thibault, Richard Thibault, Leo Thibault, Raymond Thibault and his sister Florence Jewett. 
    The funeral will be held Thursday April 4, 2013 at 9 A.M. from the Consigli-Ruggerio Funeral Home 46 Water St. Milford MA. A mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 10 A.M. in the Sacred Heart of Jesus Church on Hopedale St. in Hopedale. 
    Burial will follow in the Hopedale Village Cemetery in Hopedale MA. 
    Calling hours are Wednesday from 4 to 8 P.M.
