Dear Maureen, I only heard yesterday of the passing of Billy. Jocelyn was in church and heard the news. I am so sorry. Some of my earliest & fondest memories are of your mom & dad and your wedding day. Your kindness to me and my family over the years meant so much. Although I did not see much of him over the years I will miss him and he will forever have a special place in my heart. You and the boys are in my thoughts and prayers. I love you.

Maureen, I'm also going to miss Bill as much as any of you will. He was one of my best friends, and I always looked forward to our phone chats. He was a great person and a great friend.

May all your fantastic memories fill the emptiness created by Billy's passing. He was one hell of a guy who, like his father before him , just totally enjoyed "living"
We have all been so fortunate for having shared so much together along the way !!! Up the Hill, Church Street, North Pond, Onset, the Dolphin.
You guys were a great team so great for each other!

Dear Friend Maureen and Family. Spoke to Margaret McGowan today. We are in the Carolinas I was so sorry to hear about Billy. Bob and I enjoyed that Onset mobile home. I understand the loss you are feeling. In time it will get easier. I can't believe it is eleven years for Bob , but think of him every day. If you ever need to talk please give me a call.

Maureen and Family. How very sorry I am for your loss. He was quite a guy! I remember so many happy years as our families enjoyed time together, up on the hill and on the North Pond, as we grew up. I loved every minute with him and Dot and Bill.God Bless you all at this time. You must have so many wonderful memories of your own!Much love always. John and Margaret, Englewood Fla.

Feel no guilt in laughter, he'd know how much you care.
Feel no sorrow in a smile that he is not here to share.
You cannot grieve forever; he would not want you to.
He'd hope that you could carry on the way you always do.
So, talk about the good times and the way you showed you cared,
The days you spent together, all the happiness you shared.
Let memories surround you, a word someone may say
Will suddenly recapture a time, an hour, a day,
That brings him back as clearly as though he were still here,
And fills you with the feeling that he is always near.
For if you keep those moments, you will never be apart
And he will live forever locked safely within your heart.
